Outline of the event

Under the theme of "Eating Kyoto," we will focus on Kyoto's food, which has been nurtured by its long history and unique climate, and focus on the originality of Kyoto's food and the materials that make it up, reveal the "uniqueness of Kyoto" and unravel its appeal. In fiscal 2010, a total of 10 courses and two practical courses will be held to allow students to absorb knowledge through classroom lectures and hands-on experiences.
