Projects for Female Students

In this program, female high school students and female university students who are about to make career choices can deepen their understanding through group discussions by listening to the reality of diverse career experiences from women who are actually working in society from their respective perspectives. By providing opportunities for discussion, this program aims to help students choose their future career paths, recognizing the reality that work-life balance is required more than men, thinking about career development from a long-term perspective, establishing awareness of career paths, raising awareness of the next generation of professionals, and having a work ethic and vocational outlook.
