In late June 2017, we plan to send a report collection to applicants (those who wish to collect reports who have paid the participation fee).

On March 4~5, 2017, the 22nd FD Forum: Disseminating the Educational Capabilities of Universities was held at Kyoto Prefectural University.
The document titled "Review of the Organization and Overall Operations of National University Corporations," which became a hot topic in 2015, could be read as an argument that calls for a shift to a field with high social demand. While facing policy guidance, it is the independent actions of individual universities that are responsible for educational reform. As students' academic abilities and motivations diversify, what kind of improvements are needed in the liberal arts education curriculum? More than 20 years after the Charter was established, what kind of challenges are university-wide organizations that are responsible for liberal arts education facing? This forum was held with the participation of 797 people from 273 universities and institutions nationwide from the viewpoint that "if you look at the reform stance of liberal arts education (general education), the educational capabilities of the university will emerge naturally."
On the first day, Tetsusuke Hayashi (Project Professor, Institute for Liberal Arts Education and Research and Promotion, Kyoto Three Universities / Professor Emeritus, Kyoto University), Yoshitaka Hibi (Associate Professor, Graduate School of Letters, Nagoya University), and Tetsuro Onizuka (Professor, Faculty of Cultural Studies, Kyoto Sangyo University) gave presentations from different perspectives. In the panel discussion and floor discussion that followed, active discussions were held between the speakers and participants in a participatory manner at the venue.
On the second day, 15 subcommittees were held on themes of great interest to university educators. At the "Poster Session" held at the same time, which exhibited a total of 19 "educational practice cases" from 11 member universities of the University Consortium Kyoto, and the "Special Booth" exhibited by three institutions that publish education-related books, many participants stopped to listen to the explanations of the person in charge and actively asked questions.
